The dispute set off an argument during which the 6-foot-6,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], 308-lb Petitgout allegedly smacked his wife with her own purse,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and then threw her out of their vehicle on Little West 12th Street, according to law enforcement sources.
Though the actual charges have yet to be made public, Petitgout, accompanied by his lawyer, surrendered himself to police today.
