Aaron Hernandez investigation Second fugitive sus
A second man believed to be with Aaron Hernandez the night Odin Lloyd was killed was , police said.
Ernest Wallace, 41, was wanted on charges of accessory to murder after the fact in connection with the Hernandez case. He surrendered in Miramar, Fla., police told The Associated Press.
Carlos Ortiz, 27, was arraigned in Massachusetts on Friday after , where he was arrested this week. He is accused of illegally possessing a gun at Hernandez’s home on the morning of June 17.
Ortiz is from Hernandez's hometown of Bristol, Conn. He was transported to Attleboro, Mass., after an extradition hearing Friday.
Hernandez,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Wallace and Ortiz are allegedly the men seen with Lloyd the night he died. Lloyd,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], 27, of Dorchester, Mass., was killed with as many as six shots from a .45-caliber weapon, one of them to the head.

Wallace was the car's last known driver.
Massachusetts prosecutors the vehicle had been rented by Hernandez the day after Lloyd was killed to facilitate his two alleged accomplices in leaving the state,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
Last week, residents of the complex saw a parked car matching the description of the vehicle. The complex was in close vicinity to Ortiz's residence.

According to , the initial investigation into Hernandez's involvement in Lloyd's death was sparked by the discovery of keys to a car that Hernandez had rented. Those keys were in Lloyd's pocket when the victim's body was found.
In addition, CNN and The Globe report police have impounded an SUV that they believe Hernandez rented in July 2012, at the time of a double homicide for which he is also being investigated.
