Colombian international Teofilo Gutierrez’s long,Beats By Dr Dre, drawn out transfer from Cruz Azul to Argentine giant River Plate has taken another twist, with the Liga MX club taking the case to FIFA’s Dispute Resolution Chamber,Beats Sverige, according to a press release from La Maquina.
Gutierrez arrived in Argentina in late July,Beats by dre, but hasn’t featured for the Millonarios because River hasn’t paid Cruz Azul the transfer fee – widely reported in Mexico to be $1.7 million.
The Mexican club is now asking FIFA to intervene and for compensation for the period Gutierrez – who still has a contract with Cruz Azul – has been in Argentina,Billiga Beats By Dr Dre.
The press release goes on to suggest that River should be banned from signing new players for the next two transfer windows and stressed that 28-year-old Gutierrez is not eligible to play in Argentina,Billiga Monster.
Gutierrez signed for Cruz Azul last winter and helped the club reach the final in the Clausura championship with six goals in 21 appearances.
One week ago last Friday,Monster Beats, Cruz Azul released a statement demanding Gutierrez return to Mexico City to fulfill his contract, but later extended the payment deadline.
